I had the WORST SERVICE!! I made an appointment to get my car serviced and requested a shuttle ride back home. When I got to the dealership, my vehicle was checked in, I was directed to the shuttle, rode around while others got to their destination to later be told- we don't have shuttle service outside of the county. Keep in mind I blew 2hours and the service rep had an attitude when I expressed my dissatisfaction!!!! I recommend ANYONE going to the service department to BEWARE OF POOR SERVICE!!
The sales associates here knows their business. Go by and boost the sales by taking advantage of the great rates and beautiful cars at Victory Honda of Jackson. I respect every associate at this facility. They will make driving a great safe car happen.

Thanks for the good experience today at Victory. I had a bad experience under the old management just 5 months ago, but the new managers treated me well and tried to make amends from my previous experience. They were nothing like the stereotypical car salesman (like I had the previous time) but they seemed trustworthy and laid back, and they wanted to make me a satisfied customer. After going in to look at a car one day, we were showed around and treated fairly well. When we told the man we weren't interested in buying that day he seemed to lack interest anymore and just went through the motions for us; which is understandable from a sales point of view. After the gentlemen went back in, another came out to assure our questions were answered and what not. I drive a Toyota 4runner and I choose to take my car to Honda because of the service that I receive from Jennifer Britt and the staff there. I had taken my car to Toyota several times and they could not figure out a problem that I was having and within minutes Honda had it figured out. I trust Jennifer with my business and know that she will take care of me.
