Thank you Aaron Lacefield for all your help in purchasing my new Honda Pilot. Aaron was not one of those high pressure salesman, if he had been I would have left. The day we picked up the car we had a problem, the driver side window would not go up so we went back to the dealership. The problem was with the window tint (no fault of Honda). We love our Honda Pilot but have had terrible service dealing with the service department. After waiting 7 hours to find out what repairs needed to be made we booked an appointment to have the problem fixed. We took our car and dropped it off on Sunday night expecting to have the car fixed on Monday. We called just to check to see what time we could pick our car up only to find out the part needed will not be delivered until next week. The service is excellent I won't lie about that. But the fact that they told me I was approved and the let me drive the car for a whole month. And then wait 2 days, before my first payment is due to tell me I wasn't approved makes no sense to me. And then having to return the car was embarrassing.

A snake doesn't always look like a snake. Do NOT buy anything from this lot until you check the web prices first! I went and looked at a 2014 CR-V today and when I got home I checked the web page and it was $10,000.00 dollars cheaper online and the price they quoted me was MORE than A new one!!! Just watch your back. Snakes are sneaky!
