In July and August of 1997, the Victorian Order of nurses was a God's Send for me and my family. I had just come off a job and had a hysterectomy at the local hospital: Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. My Gynecologist had just left on Maternity Leave and the Locum was from Australia. She removed everything! I became infected and upon being sent home, the von came daily to my house to flush the wound.
