The management team here is excellent, and all the staff are so caring and nice. They listen to residents patiently, respect their choices, and really provide person-centred care. The food is delicious and nutritious, and the environment feels warm. There are also plenty of interesting shows to celebrate Chinese festivals. The residents are always smiling, and it truly feels just like home.
