My parents have been living in this nursing home for the past three years, and I cannot thank the staff enough for the exceptional care they have provided. My mother is 86 years old and my father is now 96. During their time here, there have been several occasions when my father became critically unwell. My mother in law just passed away peacefully. Throughout her stay at Victorian Elderly Chinese Hostel, the staff there were very compassionate, kind and efficient. The management is highly professional and supportive, and keeps us updated all the time. I highly recommend the hostel for anyone looking for a good home for their loved ones. I can’t speak highly enough of the care my grandfather has received at this nursing home. At 93, he was diagnosed with Fournier’s gangrene and initially given only a few days to live. It was an incredibly difficult time for our family, but the staff here never gave up on him. Over the past five weeks, they have provided consistent, attentive, and compassionate care.
