Thank you Victorian Elderly Chinese Hostel for taking care of my father. You service there it’s exceptional! I can always rely & trust your team that my father his in good care My father’s so happy at your nursing home & always praise how lovely the boss Henry is. How caring & friendly the nurses & carers are at VECH. My father even says the cooks makes food which he enjoys it so much that he prefers to eat the food at your nursing home than eat out as outside food too salty, lots of oil and not healthy. VECH provides exceptional care for its residents. The clinical team is highly attentive and professional, ensuring residents receive the support they need every day. The food is fresh, varied, and clearly prepared with residents’ preferences in mind. Very impressed with the level of care at VECH. The clinical oversight is strong and residents receive consistent monitoring and support. The food quality is also excellent. The management is approachable and willing to help at all times.

The manager Liu and the head nurse managed to make one of the worse days of my life even worse. After my elderly father who had stage 4 lung cancer died I called the hostel to tell them about the passing and cancel the service but Liu got all pissy at me when he asked how I was doing and I replied "bad". My dad just died, I don't care to engage in pointless small talk but okay I'll reply honestly but then you suddenly take offence to that due to your ego.
