Our father, moved into the Victorian Elderly Chinese Hostel and lived there for twenty-three years until he passed away peacefully in 2025. During at the Hostel, our father faced several life-threatening emergencies, each time rescued through the prompt and skillful actions of the staff. The management team here is excellent, and all the staff are so caring and nice. They listen to residents patiently, respect their choices, and really provide person-centred care. The food is delicious and nutritious, and the environment feels warm. There are also plenty of interesting shows to celebrate Chinese festivals. The residents are always smiling, and it truly feels just like home.
