The technicians there are always thorough, professional, and friendly.
The experience starts by filling out a form that gives me a chance to let the doctor know why I have come in...what are my particular concerns. Then there are tests that give more detail and finally the doctor gives me a detailed exam and a recommendation. The dispensing staff help finalize the process. I have been attending this office for a long time and I have always gotten good results. I get a follow up contact that allows fine tuning and correcting...great attention that works.
First, I would absolutely give Dr. Webster a five-star rating. She was always helpful, professional, discussed options thoroughly, and I have nothing but positive things to say about her care. However, the glasses sales side of the business was extremely disappointing. I ordered a pair of safety reading glasses. Nothing unusual, just a basic reading prescription similar to over-the-counter pharmacy readers in a safety frame. Dr. Brooke Bonner is the most thorough Optometrist I've ever had and a warm personable person on top of it. Highly recommend.
