Just excellent all the way around. Dr. Shin is very attentive and personable. She takes her time to fully inform and thoroughly explain.
Dr. Shin has an excellent patient rapport. She is always patient, always answers all my questions in full detail, and always prompts me with ‘is there anything else you would like to ask?’ She never rushes thru the appointment. It feels very comfortable talking with her.
Dr Shin was aware of my prior visits with my now retired cardiologist. It was very helpful that she had reviewed my file, new my status and was ready to proceed with my cardiology care. It was a good Dr visit.
I like the fact Dr. Shin is very thorough and will ensure she has the most current and comprehensive information to treat the patient. She takes the time to explain to the patient what is going on in her treatment plan and analysis.
Dr. Shin manages to hear all my concerns and answer my questions while still running on time even during afternoons! She is a great communicator who translates cardiology into real life understanding. She is super smart but never condescending. I have a lot of confidence in her!
Very confident, thorough, easy to communicate with. Reacts immediately to monitor new symptoms with follow-up procedures. The staff were efficient and friendly, overall great experience. I would absolutely recommend.

I leave every session completely satisfied with the experience. I learn what is important to me. She is very patient-oriented. When I first had my heat problem, I was anxious and afraid. She took away all of those feelings with her approach and her caring attitude.
