Nurse ignored me when I told her the bandage was gonna bleed through and refused to put polysporin on it or to clean it at all going against the doctors wishes so I had to walk out of that place with a bloody bandage that I had to replace as soon as I got home
I had a mini stroke and went by ambulance by terrific medics. They made me feel safe and well looked after. The Doctors, nurses and care aids were all outstanding.
Supervisors who don't know how to investigate before attacking workers who are already burned and overwhelmed by the bad decision-making of others. Who is responsible for upgrading 3 out of the 4 scanners in Victoria, without proper time to eliminate the backlog created? Is there a plan B and C in case of an emergency? Why did no one inform patients and Medical Offices about these upgrades? Why are managers always away when the house is on fire? Surprise, surprise, they haven't had working MRIs. Very bad experience. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt completely ignored and disrespected during my visit. The waiting time was ridiculously long, and no one communicated clearly what was going on. It seemed like no one cared about the patients at all. I would not recommend this hospital unless you absolutely have no other option. Very disappointed.
