Great staff, my only complaint is my husband was brought in via ambulance after a biking accident and they failed to do a full physical body exam when he arrived. They took his vitals, and then put us out in the waiting room. We sat for 2 hours and i suggested my husband nip to the washroom to see if he had any other injuries as he had pain. We went to emergency in Victoria General Hospital as my daughter was sick. We could meet a doctor after waiting for 3.5 hour. There was no doctors and there were only two patients ahead of us. We arrived there around 5 pm and two doctors arrived at around 8 pm. There was a play table and TV for kids at the pediatric care and clean waiting area. Nurses were very supportive and kind.
