After Waiting for 12 hours to meet docotor i quit as they said its gonna be 15 hours wait such a ridiculous service also the staff so rude they are even making patients wait in pain plus they treat the patients like slave i moved in Victoria from Surrey BC Never waited this long and never felt ragebiated like this before …

This is a post of gratitude. Last night my daughter woke up coughing and struggling to breathe. We called an ambulance that took us to Victoria General Hospital. End result was that it was a mild case of croup and the on-call physician gave her medicine to help. The fact of the matter is we were seen by three caring nurses, two attentive physicians, and we were transported there by highly competent and helpful paramedics, we paid nothing, and my daughter got the help she needed. Absolutely awful place. I’ve had too many bad experiences here to count but most recent (last week) I went to the hospital for mental health. I was forcefully restrained by my ankles and wrists to a bed for around 7 hours, they didn’t let me pee, have water and I threw up on myself after I was repeatedly (again) FORCEFULLY injected with sedatives in my legs and they didn’t even let me clean up. They mocked me, didn’t meet any of my needs and I didn’t even see a psychiatrist, I wasn’t assessed at all. Then at 6:30 in the morn... read more
