If I can give a 0 I would. I left crying after my initial appointment with Dr. Jennings. I didn’t find this appointment helpful. My issue wasn’t resolved, and I didn’t receive much explanation or direction on next steps. I left feeling frustrated and still in pain. I was expecting a more thorough assessment and solution but that was not done. When I told the receptionist about what happened she asked me do I need to be a translator if I want to go bck inside? Dr. Jennings couldn't follow our discussion and was forgetful on two separate appointments. I was very dissapointed.
Jessica rules. Very knowledgeable and precise when providing active foot care. And Mariah is the laser queen. Great team.
