Just leased a Silverado, Kevin was an amazing salesperson to deal with and everyone else I dealt with was very professional and will be back for more vehicles in the future
Just an awful experience, filled out a credit app on the truck i wanted got called said we where all set for that deal at the price we had discussed drove in from 45 min away, sat for an hour, was told again by the sales manager that the deal was a go, sent my ride home sat for another 1.5 hrs go to sit down and sign the paper and the finance manager thought he could bully me into paying 70 dollars more a month than the deal that was agreed upon. buyers beware of false claims on prices of vehicles!! will never do business th... read more

After reading the two horror stories here I am left wondering if they have Victor Chevrolet mixed up with some other place. I have always found their service to be more than great. Their sales staff has been extremely helpful and walked me through every step of the lease process. This is my third car from them and I couldn't be happier!

A MONTH ago I was hit by a Victor Chevrolet service car while I was stopped at a red light. Their car and mine were totalled. While their insurance company (Utica National Insurance) realized it was their fault - they won't pay what I am being told it would cost me to buy a replacement (same model,age, and mileage). Why should I pay for their mistake? Do you really want to do business with a company like that? Do you think they are honorable with you or your car if they won't even cover their own responsibilites?
