Wow terrible service in the service department!!!! Had an appointment last week at 9am was there waiting my car didn't go in for 45 mins! Now today had an appointment for recalls on my car my appointment was at 10am they said would take 2 hrs I call at 1pm and oh surprise car hasn't even gone in yet and when it does it will be a couple of hours! Needless to say I picked up my car and it will have the recalls fixed next week at a different dealer! Customers lost!!!!

Purchased two 2014 Chevy express box trucks for my Fedex Ground business . The next day we went back and purchased a 09 GMC Denali and a 2015 HD Chevy Silverado. Everyone from the dealership was very professional. Thanks Victor Chevy .

My daughter just walked out of your dealership with her Mercedes Benz, she is on cloud 9!! We bought 2 cars from here in the last three months. I bought mine in Feb 2014, and told Carm Jr., my daughter would be back for hers! I cannot give them anything less than a 5** star rating!! I did not feel pushed or bullied to buy something I did not want, the service department is second to none, and they think of the little things, like getting my car in for an oil change , at a hour convienient for me.... I was very impressed with the staff at Victor Chevrolet. I have been a customer of several Rochester dealerships over the years and this staff by far surpasses them in timeliness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. I had to bring my vehicle in for an electrical issue. Even though I had never been there before and it was 5:30 at night, they got me right in, made my 4-year old son and I feel right at home, and let us borrow one of their vehicles until mine was fixed. Awesome. I definitely recommend them!
