What a great business this is, we had car troubles on our way to Darien Lake and they went out of their way to fit us in and get our truck fixed to get us back on our way. We thank you all so much for helping us out!

I'm getting late notices from the lender for the car I traded in. Dealers and lenders need to learn up to date money management techniques to maintain customer satisfaction! Ally and this lender are in my past.
The sale department lied saying they would get some things fixed and the the guy who referred me would get 100 dollars the day I picked it up 2 months later still waiting the bed rail was broke said they replace it but they melted it together and it all misformed the other side is half falling off ... Made an appointment a week ago for today at 11 and specifically said I needed a lender as mine was suppose to get fixed. I then call them back this morning to make sure that I will be at my appointment at 11. They then call me back and tell me that they don't have a lender vehicle and said they wouldn't until next week.
