ALWAYS plan to spend 1-2 hours for any type of appointment. What should take 15 minutes for a quick routine appointment takes at least an hour, EVERY time! I won't be using this practice in the future.
He is amazing! I am currently 37 weeks pregnant with my second child and am considering naming my child after him because he has had such an impact on my life. My mom and sister both go to him and it was one of the smartest decisions I ever made to choose him as my OB/GYN. He is my favorite doctor, I wish I could go to him for everything!
she delivered my son by c section and i saw her one time in the hospital she said 3 words to me no personality! i ended up getting very ill after my c section went in to see her and her assistant lori and was told oh your fine it's just hormones i had a full body rash my blood was toxic and they didn't ever do a blood test or urinalysis !! well my husband is in the military so we had to move about 5 weeks later i get to VA the next day i go to the ER i am rushed to the other hospital because i have regurgitation in my heart ... read more
Dr. Sherman is polite, however the office staff are atrocious. The front desk girl repeatedly calls me "sweetie", or "hunn" (even though I've asked her not to) as if I was a child, or simple. There have been numerous times that I've not been acknowledged after signing in (for hours), and I've never gotten out of the office in under 2.5 hrs (average). Dr Dupler was friendly but very aggressive about pushing invasive contraceptive procedures and expensive invasive tests that I didn't need. I am in good health and was just going for a routine pap. She seemed quite eager to classify my normal periods as heavy, despite my insistence that they were actually getting lighter as I got older, thus requiring more tests and needless procedures. I was also kept waiting almost two hours at my last visit.
Dr Cleary is an outstanding doctor. He is very compassionate and professional. His bedside manner is so lovely that I forget why I'm there.
I've been with this practice for 23 years. However, the last few years, the office has a very poor time management practice, two years in a row, I had to wait for 1 hour for a 10 min (at the most of 15 min) routine annual woman-well check-up!
The doctor is very good, knows what he is doing. His staff works fast to get things done.
Great Doctor. My wife has been with him for the last 7 years.
