Dr. Sherman has been my Dr. for a couple years. I have only seen her once and that was the last visit before i had my daughter. I saw Lori the other times and i can saw she is amazing. The entire reason I left the office is due to the TERRIBLE and I mean TERRIBLE staff. They are so rude and unprofessional. Dr. Sherman isn't the best. She delivered my daughter, as soon as I was all stitched up she left the room unannounced and I didnt see her again until she cleared me for discharge. Once again HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED
I can not believe the remarks I have read. I have seen Dr. Sherman 3 times and yes you may wait a little (hey she is over delivering a baby) but she is very sorry you had to wait. She talks to me about whatever I need to say or ask, she will try her hardest to help any problem I have. I think she is funny and very nice. Glad to have her.
fantastic docter!!!!! none better! you will be happy. boy i can see why i had to wait a little longer, but she's worth it. i could have gotten in sooner with other M.D'S, BUT THE REASON EXPLAINS WHY. THE OTHER DOCS ARE NOT SAUGHT AFTER LIKE DR SHERMAN IS!!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR LETTING ME SPOUT OFF ABOUT A FANTASTIC DR AND SURG.
HOrrific! As stated above, Lori the PA is amazing but unfortunately Lori cannot deliver the baby. Dr. Sherman is unpersonable and cold. My wife broke her arm and needed surgery. We called her numerous times and Dr. Sherman never called us. We had very important questions about my wife's condition and only received a call from Lori. We have switched doctors at 37 weeks pregnant. Very disappointed. On top of all of that she wanted to deliver our baby early even though there was nothing clinically wrong with our baby. Lori is awesome and is the best thing about the office! She is very respectful and answers any questions you might have. I cannot really say much about Dr. Sherman, because I have only seen her once for about 10 minutes. The staff is not the friendliest, and the wait time is ridiculous. One time I waited over two and a half hours before someone told me that the Doctor was out delivering and wouldn't be able to see me.
The environment in the office is unwelcoming, unfriendly and the animosity is never absent. It's rare to be greeted by someone from the front office. As a result I have feel hesitant to even ask them a simple question. As a pregnant woman I do not feel like arguing or wasting energy/time due to their lack of professionalism and inhospitable attitudes. horrible! staff is rude rude rude! lori is the only good thing. i waited over 60 min every time and i had two appointments cancelled and i didn't know till i got to the office! do not go to her, there medical billing is horrible they don't file claims in a timely matter and then creates a problem w/insurance!
This doctor’s office has been nothing but trouble and difficulty for me. I have had problems scheduling appointments, and even when I have an appointment (4 times) I have always waited at least 60 mins past my appointment time to be seen. Once I needed very important information about an issue I was having, and the office staff was very rude and made me seem like I was being outrageous for asking to speak to a nurse ASAP. I have been to Vicky Shermans office three times and each time I have waited 120 minutes plus. I can say that Lori is very helpful and friendly. I have never seen Vicky although. The staff has a few select nurses that are actually friendly and informative.If you are a person whos time is valuable and your stress level is high please go elsewhere, as they really dont care and you are hearded in like cattle at this office
