This place is a joke. The finance manager will not return my call or email. The manager will not return a call or email. DO NOT do business with them... 22 emails sent in a span of 4 weeks.... All because I'm owed money... But if I owed them money I bet they wouldn't have an issue with communicating.
Called in a panic because my brakes went out. Patrick in service took control and handled everything for me. Got my dogs and I home, called Fenton Towing and everything. What a breath of fresh air after a scary drive. New customer, now a forever customer. Looks like Patrick has a few accolades on these reviews, hopefully management takes notice what an amazing person they have as one of the faces of their dealership. Thank you Patrick!

Very poor service in their parts department. I bought a part throught this dealer and when I brought several issues to their attention about the part they referred me back to GM instead of trying to help me reslove. When I called the number they gave me the GM person told me they have a tech hotline they can call and should have investigated that way. Again, very poor customer service in the parts department.
Check all the fluid levels when performing the service on Chevrolet vehicles. What else did they not do on my vehicle?
Sold a car they knew at on time had front end damage. They fail to make sure all the transmission fluid lines had the correct amount of hose clips and where place correctly as well. Mind you the front end damaged showed on the Carfax they had. Why sell or even offer a car new or used without inspecting it? This happened 8 days after buying it. I feel you careless about the customer and its only about the money.
Made the trip from Livonia for a DEMO Traverse they had on the lot. Spoke with Rob Daliege on the phone to set expectations before we made the 45 minute drive. Nice staff...Smooth transaction!
