The Service staff was amazing! I thought I had booked an appointment, via the MySubaru app, but the app didn’t communicate with the Service department. Vic Bailey didn’t miss a beat. They brought me right in and took care of everything.

I came in to look at a minivan it was on their website. The salesman said they had the van but it was in the body shop getting touched up. I asked for him to call me when it was done and I would like to test drive it and buy it. I never received a call. I noticed 5 days ago the van was listed on the website with lots of pictures. I then noticed 2 days ago the van was off their website. I contacted the salesman and asked why he hadn’t contacted me about it and was told someone bought it while it was in the body shop. These guys have their act together. I heard two other customers saying nice things about staff while we were there. And the Subaru hat I got looks and fits great.
Vic Bailey Subaru were supposed to just fix my recalls. But they ended up messing up my car starter. Took it back, they assured us that it should work now. Now the car completely doesn't start and they said we have to pay to tow it their and we will be charged to get it fix �� Now we have to take it to another shop and be charged for a new starter and to put it in. Way to go Vic Bailey � Great way to start my work week.
