Hired Preston to install astro turf should have been 1 full piece instead it's 4 or 5 pieces patched together it looks terrible, has now wrinkled like carpet that needs stretching. He admitted he made mistake cutting. Been trying for about a month to get him to resolve, nothing but excuses

Palms never survived once planted, one star until they finally get replaced. Preston keeps putting us off and promising to replace them, almost been dealing with this for a full year now. Happy to adjust review once they finally get replaced.
This company is amazing. Will refer to all my friends looking to redo their yards..thank you for all your hard work!!!
