Vibrant Home Care? More like Lethargic Home Care. No clue. No employees. No consistent work days. No customer service. INCOMPETENT management. How anyone would pay them to tidy up their house or apartment is beyond me.
It is insulting that I am forced to give them one star. Horrible company, as a client I have never been more disappointed in services. I was with them for a number of years and every staff member was awful. I am shocked they are still in business. Staff hiding in my bathroom on their phones, bringing their boyfriends over, shoving wet clothes in my closet, no call no show at least several times a month, stealing my food and drinks, verbal abuse from staff. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT COMPANY GO WITH COMFORT KEEPERS!
Ashley was our daughter's host home provider with Vibrant. Ashley spoke negatively about us to other people. Ashley shared private information with non-authorized people. Ashley unnecessarily provoked our daughter. Ashley and Vibrant ended up daughter's host home arrangements with no notice and no alternative. Ashley needs to return to her previous cosmetology job.
This company does not seem to care. My homeaker quit and about 2 1/2 months later with no help from Vibrant I ended in the hospital with severe bed sores and a burst diabetic ulcer under my left foot and several bed sores. They never called me once in those months. I tried to ask for help several times and was told we have no one. .After a month, I return to find out that Vibrant was turned into DHS for elder abuse and I was listed as the victim. Because it took them 7 months to get someone in home and I had to let them know their employee quit 3 weeks earlier. Employee had no basic HIPPA training and how to conduct oneself professionally inside a persons home. My home = their job, not just another house to help yourself to food, drink, etc
