If you have a choice DO NOT admit your loved one here. In my experience, their top priority is money, not the care and recovery of your loved one. Shortly after my sister was admitted here from the hospital after severe oral surgery and reconstruction, this facility canceled my sister's needed post-op doctor's appts with her surgeons claiming they could not find transportation to meet her needs. This is such a shame I am having to write this but I want to protect others and their loved ones from enduring the most traumatic experience we have had to ever deal with. I can vouch that all the negative reviews written about Vibra are in fact true. I hope you never have to stay here or see a loved one here. Nurses don't return calls. Call in the morning, wait all day for a callback,nothing. Case manager is scattered. On multiple occasions has given me, a family member, another patients update and informstion. Leading me to believe my family member wouldn't talk to doctors to only to say 'wait ill double check, oops, wrong patient, after 20 minutes. I am a patient at Vibra in Portland, Or. Half of the staff seem competent and professional while the other half is not. I have to ask repeatedly just to get a normal level of care I was told they would give me. For example, they do not come in and make sure that I am clean, I have to ask for it and then they still don't keep up on my hygiene. Plus CONSTANTLY being late with pain medication. Funny how my negative review of this awful place never makes this page.....Stay away, this place is horrible and your loved one is not safe here. It won't let me give 0 or negative stars. My dad survived 7 weeks in the hospital and died here in 6 days.

We we're very scheptical... But when staff realized my wife was non verbal, they made adjustments, and she had received excellent care, in all areas of specialities.. thank you vibra for bringing my wife back... All safely too

i did not have the best experience there, was actually disappointed my family always had to get on someone about the condition of my room and then they never called my family when i coded due to their doctors negligence and over medication. I did how ever love the wound care team and would love to see them again but i did not like it when they forced me to procedures that sent me into panic mode i tried to tell them that and they said that i was ordered to have it. Horrible! Nurse Molly Goines was very rude, careless and full of hate. That is not how you treat people!
