The place is dirty, the staff does not want to care for patients and border on abusive. They do not allow family input. They also push potassium too quickly without monitoring his levels and caused him to code twice - almost killing him.
Room is regularly cleaned & sterilized WHILE eating breakfast. Chemicals etc should not be present while eating. 30 minutes after dinner was given patients tray was wanting to be taken every 15 minutes. Happened on a regular basis. Patient struggled to eat as well as cut up necessary foods due to injury. No assistance or care by staff. Patient had wet hair going to therapy which, therapy did NOT happen regularly. Great care
Facility was clean and kept clean while I was there for three weeks. therapy personnel get 5 stars. Nursing staff gets four stars. Most everyone was cordial and helpful.
My stay at Vibra has been very pleasant. The staff is very kind and patient. The therapist and doctors are very available, consistent and very hands on. The doctors and nurses listen to your comments and concerns and assist in any ways needed. The staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the environment is peaceful. I would definitely recommend Vibra to anyone in need of the types of services offered here.
The program for therapy is excellent and exceeded my expectation in the short amount of time that I was able to put weight on my foot. The doctors were excellent. The only thing that I would say would need some work and improvement, is responding to call lights much faster than the usual. The majority of the staff weâre very good. Excited to take the next step to improving my health and eventually to go home.
I have no complaints except certain night aids should take more time with their patients.
I have no complaints concerning the care and the quality of service. In fact, I'm pleased with the medical care my wife is receiving. The staff is very attentive to her need.
I received the best of care at Vibra hospital. Thanks so much for the excellent care.ðð¯ð
