Hello all I wanna give 13 stars. Today I had a amazing shampoo and scalp treatment by Carmen. She really took her time to work on me, she really worked on my neck and my scalp cause I was really tight and under stress and anxiety. She did an amazing job. I feel so much better and loose and relaxed. I needed a VIP treatment today. So I know there are only 5 stars but I'm giving the salon 13 stars
