My first time i was there VERY professional & VERY NICE
St. Theresa is a wonderful facility. Welcoming, comfortable and clean with a friendly, helpful Nursing and Doctor staff. The best hospital for rehabilitation services. I'm impressed.
My husband has many health problems and is on pain management. He came in thinking he was having a heart attack turns out he had to hsve a lung biopsy my concern is he needs his meds on time to keep his pain under control some of the nurses waiting 45 minutes to an hour after he called and wonder why he was kranky. No rescept I hope they never have to live with chronic pain and are treated this way. This is his 3rd time here the other times were ok. Not sure why all the personnel felt the need to talk so loud. We walked into 2 different waiting rooms with TV volume turned way up - maybe that's why? Not that impressed with the place in general.
Love it here have been here twice with friends and family they are quick and very thorough and the doctors are very good and very caring!
Was there for rehab everyone was good no complaints food was good
I arrived in severe pain and was seen immediately, within a short time I was scheduled for surgery. The staff was outstanding. The room was very nice. My husband was also treated with such respect and everyone made sure he was okay and kept apprised of everything going on. I received excellent care and if the need arises again I will return to this hospital.
