Happy Customers tend to not review. I do agree that it takes a bit too long sometimes, but the staff and owner have always taken care of me. I didn't come in for almost a year and the owner remembered me, and my rather unexceptional, run of the mill road bike. The guy who helped me the other day told me why my problem occurred, and happily explained the mechanics of it so I could fix it myself, if it were to occur again. Oh, and he fixed it free of charge.
Best place in the city to get ripped off by rude bike dorks A friend of mine bought a new front wheel from Via Bicycle. That same week we were riding down Spruce Street when the wheel spontaneously collapsed into the shape of a taco. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen her fall myself. She didn't run into a pothole or anything, but her wheel looked as though it had been ridden directly into a wall. We took the wheel back to Via to ask for a refund and an explanation.
