The lady here dropped my dog Buddy as he was dying. Not even sure if he was dying because I don't know if this vet was qualified to make that diagnosis. Let me repeat, the lady dropped my dog BUDDY as he was dying. I saw it happening and she just kept going even though he was slipping out of her hands. All she had to do was take a second to get a better grip, but instead she rushed it and made my dog suffer more while we were trying to help him in any way we could. From the moment we walked in, the VET and her entire staff were calm, compassionate, and professional. They took Shad in right away, explained everything clearly, and gave him excellent care.
