This place has been great. The staff is so friendly and takes care of my furry buddy. We have been there couple of times and yes its expensive. Expensive as in all other places are too. I wonder why a ligament surgery would coat $6k! We have no insurance. I am not complaining about this place but all surgical centers.
My dog had therapy and I discussed with them them issues he have of drinking water but they still allowed him to in hydrotherapy and he threw up all over in my car. Then he was very uncomfortable we we first got home and needed surgery as he couldnt move his left leg. Their program didn't take my concerns or his issues in to consideration. My dog was doing well and recovering from his surgery last year and then first day of therapy he needs immediate surgery. Came in with cat fever and sick at 8 pm and waited 3 hours before the doctor seeing her. Even after $900 and labs , the doctor still didn't know what is wrong with my baby. Just to walk in to the hospital , at the door , you are notified of $250 fees for just being seen. Blood pressure checking $60! In addition, they told me to sit and wait in the lobby while my cat was taken away for hours to the back of the hospital until the doctor will see her.
