Although my initial appointment with Dr. Anke Langenbach went great. I must say the rest of the experience ended up being a complete nightmare. It took the Dr. and her team 2 weeks to complete/send my dog's assesment notes and report. Delaying my dog's treatment and next steps only to be provided incomplete notes. It then took over a month and around 7 calls to their office for them to finally update the notes but they never actually sent them to the other specialist's office THEY referred me to - again, delaying getting a p... read more
What a great team. Our dog has needed two surgeries in the last two years. We're so worried about our pets, but the staff make us feel confident they're completely safe in their care, and it's amazing how low the anxiety can be when your pet is undergoing a significant procedure.
I truly appreciate all the help and support. Everything was explained with transparency and easy to understand. I was at ease with having my pet being taken care of by the VSC surgery team. Thank you so much!
UPDATED - JULY 2025 Unfortunately my original 5 star rating needs to be updated. I would still rate the initial consult and testing and immediate follow-up as a 5 (see below), but as I continued to go for treatments I grew frustrated with the lack of communication and timeliness or complete absence of reports. Dr. Bailey always seemed to be extremely busy, so I understood that completing reports would take time, but because my dog sees multiple vets it is important that they get done within two weeks and this rarely happened... read more
SUPERB, and I mean Superb, care. Surgeon came in on her day off when my cat popped some stitches to make sure the wound was healing. Checked in from overseas when cat had other complications. It's scary enough to put a pet through surgical treatment - and cancer care. The techs, staff, surgeons - everyone affiliated via Hope Clinic - has been truly top-notch. Responsiveness after hours too.
