Recently had to follow-up with VSC Neurology after an ER visit. From scheduling to the receptionist to the medical staff, everyone was sincere, caring, and professional while caring for our family. Highly recommend. The friendly & knowledgeable staff are amazing.
Dr. Harris and her team were so helpful, kind and responsive. If you need a neurologist, you need to see her. She cares deeply about her patients and will work tirelessly to diagnose and treat. I have never experienced such dedication.
Dr. Hawthorne and team were great with my cat. They explained the process and post-surgery care clearly to me and were very good at providing updates and information.
My 10 year old sheltie had a very complicated but necessary surgery done by Dr. Hawthorne. I have been very impressed with the communication during her stay and I felt like Toulouse was getting the best care possible while she stayed in the hospital. The techs that I spoke to were so caring and diligent with watching her recover. And all of the veterinarians have been great to communicate with and continue to check in on us and offer support.
