Positive experience with VSC. Loved the number of detailed pictures and videos we got. Thankful that the pricing was much better than anywhere else. The detailed pictures and videos we got will be very helpful to us as a small non-profit rescue in continuing to raise funds for the surgery and after care. Multiple detailed conversations the the doctor and staff were also very helpful.
My kitty had an orthopedic surgery here three years ago to fix his luxating patella. They took such great care of him and he’s been like a brand new cat since then. Until last month when he started limping again. I brought him back to VSC for a consultation to take a look at his new X-rays. I was so worried he’d need another surgery, but Dr. Hawthorne put my mind at ease. She suggested other non-surgical options to treat the arthritis in his knees. The team at VSC is incredible and if you can get in to see Dr. Langenbach I can’t recommend her enough. Her diligent work and calm demeanor has saved our senior girls life and we are so thankful for their attention and care.
Our family has been so lucky to have VSC Surgery and Dr. Hawthorne over the last few years. Our ten year old plott mix Dixie has has TPLO surgery and two mast cell removal surgeries and our twelve year old plott hound Finn has also had a cyst removal all with Dr. Hawthorne. From scheduling the appointment all the way through the exam and testing, I was extremely impressed with Dr. Bailey's thoroughness, knowledge, and willingness to explain to me all that she was doing and thinking in regards to diagnosing and caring for my dog. Her team (Brandon & Jessica) was wonderful with my sensitive dog and very responsive to her needs. I most appreciate the time Dr. Bailey took to explain things to me and how she made every decision with my dog's unique medical challenges in mind.
