My cat suffered a fracture to his leg and Dr. Hawthorne and her team were able to get him in ASAP. Dr. Hawthorne was informative on the process of the surgery and expectations. She was able to repair the fracture and her team was attentive to him during post-op. I am beyond thankful to VSC and Dr. Hawthorne for their care.
Came in for emergency surgery. Everyone from the front desk to the surgical team was extremely caring as well as competent. I really appreciated having a friendly voice to provide updates when I checked on my baby (small Yorkie), even in the middle of the night. It was clear she was being well cared for.
This is the BEST place for animal care. I would travel hours and hours for my for baby to be taken care of here, that's just how amazing this place is. All of the doctors are so caring and experienced, and you can tell everyone in this facility cares more about the fur babies than any dollar. The level of treatment is outstanding, and I'm just so thankful to have this hospital for my English bulldog baby. Ten stars, if I could!
Knowledgeable and caring staff. You cannot ask for a better veterinarian than Dr than Dr Pound. She is compassionate, kind, gentle, thorough and patient. I have trusted this practice for almost a decade and have not been disappointed.
