The staff and Dr Scali were so kind and professional when we brought Patches in. After the initial exam, Dr Scali gave us an honest assessment explaining the options.She answered our questions and allowed us to make the choice. Everyone was so compassionate and caring.

Horrible ER ever! The doctors said they’ll take care of my baby dog and they didn’t. They can save her yet they said it’s not guaranteed to save her! Just how so?! They let her suffer and not save her! Now thanks to them, she passed away. My fam and I are grieving so very hard rn. They even ripped us off of our money for testing and treatment for over $1,000?! And if she stays there for few days for the treatment, they would’ve charge us an extra $3,000! That’s a ripoff!!!!! They took so too long and also make us wait for ov... read more
