This place is unethical and unprofessional. This is the 2nd time I have been let down by this clinic on a emergency basis. I don't know what their problem is but they have some big time and simply drop the ball. If you are looking out for your pet's well being and need emergency care...look elsewhere, They will not transfer records to the new clinic either. They dont care at all here. 😕

Worst place in the world. Took my dog in at 7:30AM and by 2 PM I never heard from them. I called to check on my dog and they just started looking at him and I’m pretty sure that’s because I called. I understand you have to triage your patients but my dog was in pain and giving out the worst cry I have ever heard. Wanting to start x-rays at 2:30 in the afternoon when they should have been done by ten. I took him there because my vet at the Pet Doctor couldn’t see him till 10:30AM. I chose this place over my own vet because ho... read more

I brought in a 14 month old dachsund who lost the use of her legs suddenly. The intake doctor immediately sent her to DR Meran who is the neurologist. Dr MERAN ran several tests and identified the problem and started treatment. Our fur baby stayed in the hospital for a week. All staff treated her like a princess. I am happy to say that they saved her life and mobility with their quick actions. I had a pet insurance problem and KIM in customer relations was so sweet and helpful in helping me get the information I needed. I hi... read more

Shout out to Dr. Wynn she was an absolute god send as we dealt with a life threatening emergency in our Dog Dutch. It's awful enough to go through during normal times but leaving your dog in the care of someone you've never met was a whole new level of hard. She was nothing short of amazing. She, the surgeon and some fantastic techs saved my dogs life and somehow managed to calm my anxieties and answer a million questions all over the phone. Even a month post op she took time out of her extremely busy schedule to call and ta... read more

Stephanie, thank you for sharing your experience! Dr. Wynn and the staff are happy that Dutch is doing well
