RecommendedLucky, our ancient lab mix had a severe bout of vestibular disease (first time ever) while traveling. We were very frightened, thinking all kinds of bad things. they took lots of my money and killed my dog
After a long trip on a plane ride from Fairbanks Alaska to Tucson Arizona we handed our precious sassy our little dachshund over to Dr. KO and his neurology team. DR Ko meet with us and explain the procedure and immediately took sassy and went straight into surgery within hours. Dr. Ko had to keep sassy for a couple of days he sent me pictures updates and phone calls on a daily basis. His wonderful team took great care of our dog and she fell in love with them. This morning I picked up my 5 yr old poodle mix mutt from the Center for emergency neurosurgery after he had lost, overnight Wednesday into Thursday, total use of his back legs. His PCP vet referred us here, and Thursday early afternoon they took him in, did an MRI, by late afternoon he was prepped and ready for surgery in early evening for 2 blown spinal discs. After an acute episode of gastroenteritis, Pippa wound up staying for 24 hours under the diligent care of Dr. Therio, who did a great job keeping us informed of her progress.
