I brought my cat, Baby, into the emergency hospital last night for an abscess on her face. (She is a nine-year-old rescue, that has been with me not quite a year yet.) Dr. Serrano performed bloodwork as a precautionary measure, and I am so grateful that he did because my little girl is a diabetic and her blood sugar was over 500. I had no idea.
