Edit: Dr Reynolds called and spoke with me about all of this today. She addressed all of my concerns and was kind and apologetic for the error in the charge. I will accept that all of my concerns were a product of miscommunication and/or misunderstandings. The error in the charge has been corrected and I appreciate that very much.
Debbie and her staff have always taken wonderful care of my fur babies, and my dogs love them too.
