l was very impressed with he service that we got yesterday they tried to give us answeres to all our questions and were so sweet to debi when she had to make the hard decision to have her pet put down. the whole crew was so understanding to her; I would tell everyone that needs your pet looked to go see the GOOD JOB

Staff was friendly and got ahold of the right Vets to take care of the rabbit I brought in. Made sure it was taken care of without stressing it out.

We lost our furry family member this evening. The KState ER staff was so incredibly professional and supportive! We took in a stray cat 9 years ago and she was absolutely a much loved part of our family. Thank-you to the entire staff from the receptionist to to the veterinarian and team that took care of her.

Dr. Roush and 4th year student Emily Niedfeldt took care of Nala after she got hit by a vehicle. They were absolutely amazing with her for her week stay!

They were perfect with our girl. We had daily updates and even twice a day on most days. Every one was so caring and helpful when we had to accept the fact that our dog was terminally ill and helped us through the process and continued after we left as well. We received a hand written card from many of her caretakers along with a special paw print which we adore. We will come back for any issues we have for any of our other pets. All services were accurately estimates up front and we were notified of any changes in that need... read more
