Our guinea pigs started getting sick over the weekend. On Sunday morning we called them, was told to wait for a call back as they had to call to the exotic pet vet. She said it may take a while but they’d call back. Finally we called back that evening bc my husband could see one of our piggies was just getting worse and was told if they were super sick we should’ve just brought them in. All that time we could’ve brought them in but wasn’t aware of that. One of our piggies didn’t make the ride there. They were examining the o... read more

Their Ophthalmology department has been nothing short of phenomenal in treating my dog's cataracts. They have gone out of their way to be as helpful as possible.

because if COVID precautions we were unable to watch the cardiac ultrasound of my sister in laws cat. My 12 yo has always wanted to be a vet specializing in cardiology, Dr Callie, the Vet who did the US and Shannon made sure we were able to see it on zoom! thanks so much!

Brought my Elle in due to injuries from a fight with one of my other dogs over a food dish. They were caring and understanding. In the nine days they kept her I got daily updates on her condition and in her demeanor. Sometimes twice a day. They kept me in the loop and explained every phase of her treatment process. I highly recommend Kstate veterinarians and their caring staff.

We had to put our Zoe down 4/19/20. They were very understanding and even allowed me to video chat, since I was unable to be there. We got his ashes about a week later. We also got a imprint of his paws and a very heartfelt card in the mail, which I wasnt expecting. They have made this process alot easier, which means the world to us.

I had to bring in my dog who was sick and unfortunately I was scared and upset. The vet was very kind but one of the ladies at the front desk could not be more rude to me. She could see that I was crying and scared about what was happening to my dog as I entered the emergency room yet she had no empathy for me. I was alone and just needed someone to care instead of putting me down further. People who are in this profession and who are at the front desk should be more understanding of these situations

Thank you to the emergency vet clinic for all your care and guidance to our emergency visit with my stud colt yesterday. The outcome was devastating, but your Vets did a great job coming in keeping us up to date since we weren’t allowed to go back with him due to the Covid-19 virus.

Excellent treatment and care for our old dog, and most compassionate treatment of him and us. Too bad human hospitals don’t have the level of care and involvement we received the two days we were there

The compassion and skill go unmatched! Amazing communication with us. That was one of the best things. We were always kept up to date and given information to make decisions to move forward with care. What an amazing place. We were blessed to have found K-State.
