The doctors were so supportive and caring and really went above and beyond to keep me up to date on my mares status while she was there for three weeks fighting pneumonia. They really cared for not only my horse but me as well and I’m so appreciative for that. Dr. Katie Delph went above and beyond to keep me informed. Thank you for all you did .

I brought my Bernese Mountain dog puppy here for a laparoscopic spay/gastropexy. My experience was excellent from scheduling through discharge. It was apparent the faculty, residents and students are about their patients and the quality of care they offer. Compared to other quotes I received for this surgery, it was an excellent value as well. I recommend K-state highly! As you can see from the picture, my baby girl agrees - she's now a Wildcats fan (complete with accessories!)!

The doctors and student doctors are absolutely amazing and the care is phenomenal! Unfortunately, their schedulers are practically nonexistent and when you do finally manage to get ahold of someone (after literally weeks of trying) they will schedule you incorrectly. I’m considering finding a different vet simply because I’m so fed up with trying to schedule an appointment! I would say to come here for any emergency because as long as you don’t have to bother with scheduling, it’s amazing! But just trying to get an exam or a... read more

This was my first experience with the Veterinary Health Center. I was very anxious and scared to release my "little 13 year old boy" into the care of strangers for a (in my opinion) major surgery 1.5 hours away from home. However, from my very first contact to get more information about the procedure before making an appointment to my most recent contact with staff after surgery, I was very impressed with the level of customer service skills, care, compassion, helpfulness, patience, professionalism, and knowledge exhibited b... read more

I take my cats to see Dr. Nelson at Pet Health and the care they receive is nothing short of amazing. The fourth year vet students are very good at keeping me in the loop throughout the day. Additionally, we see Dr. Meekins through the ophthalmology service; her compassion and skills are unmatched. I am happy knowing my boys receive such wonderful care!

My shelties punctured an inhaler and got albuterol poisoning and the staff at KSU were so kind and understanding. They updated us on their condition, took great care of the dogs, got their blood levels managed in less than 24 hours, spent time loving on them, and sent them home with new KSU bandanas that said “I was a good patient”. They quoted us a really reasonable price for emergency overnight care and we only paid a little over half of that when it was all said and done and the dogs were discharged. Manhattan is a bit of... read more
