Lack of staff, not well organize

While I have to warn you that the services are very expensive, the technology is state of the art and the staff is very knowledgeable. I had to rush my senior dog to them with a case of pancreatitis complicated by my dog being diabetic. A 3-night stay in ICU was just over $6K. My dog is out of danger and on his way home today. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful, empathetic, and knowledgeable. They were helpful and sympathetic when I called to check on the status of my little dog. They took good care of my baby. Nice staff, good service. Quickly helped our baby girl feel better.
The tech's were very helpful and friendly. Our dog was having a bad case of reverse sneezing (all night) and we were concerned. But after being in our car for 10 min, she stopped. But we still proceed to the vet clinic. The tech agreed that is was reverse sneezing so she asked us if we wanted them to proceed or take her home. We decided to take her home so they did not charge us anything. Today she is back to normal just reverse sneezing when she gets excited. So thank you to the clinic staff!!!

Friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff.
We brought our dog in on a Sunday for a quasi-emergency knowing we had no appointment. The friendly and professional staff still got us in and out within 2 hours considering they had three very seriously injured animals they were also attending to. They deserve our praise and patience.
