Very caring and informative - took the time to answer all questions and they were all very thoughtful and showed true concern
They lied on the paperwork that I received from them about my dogs weight and age. They "took" xrays of my dog and couldn't determine an issue with her xrays. They tried to convince me to keep her overnight while I'm already at an $800 balance. Keeping her would've been another 1200 to 2000 dollars so I chose to bring her home being that I'm at 800 dollars with zero answers so far. We went yesterday for an emergency and every single person we interacted with was friendly and patient. We were stressed and distraught and everyone took their time to explain every step and their COVID procedure. They made me feel secure having my cat go in without me. The doctor was knowledgeable and kind, answered all of my questions. The woman that completed the “checkout” made a comment that touched my heart, she said “we will have your baby out to you soon”. They are so very friendly and professional. I brought my dog to the hospital very very sick. They have done a great job of getting him back to Health.
We loved having Dr Smith do Jessie's yearly exam. She answered all of our questions and we appreciated her conservative approach to Jessie's issues. She's barely a year old and still has some growing to do, and we were happy to have her take that into account. She gave us some pointers on bathing her to help with her itchy skin. Thanks Dr Smith. We hope to see you in the Fall, in person, with Abby for her check up!

We have been going to Veterinary Healthcare Assoc. for just about 4 years now. We have always had a great experience. The staff is always friendly, and loving toward our dog Jett, and you can tell Jett loves them too. We’ve had a few more visits this past year as Jett is aging and they have been fabulous. I have recommended this vets office to friends and will continue to recommend them.
