RecommendedWe experienced our first emergency vet visit with our sweet Mack(GSP) this evening due to an allergic reaction. The staff at VHA were very nice and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the fee, very reasonable! Thank you Dr. D’Amico, Lexis, Yesenia and Jordan for taking great care of our boy!!
We sadly had to put our beloved 20 year old cat down today, and despite having to wait outside due to this virus, (although they asked if I wanted to be with her) the young lady who came out and took care of her was exceptional. She must have said: "I'm so sorry" six times, and delivered her back to us in an amazing cardboard coffin with a little heart drawn on one side of the top, and she told us "this is where her head is." I was nervous when we moved from Pennsylvania (and away from our AMAZING vet back home ❤️) that we would never find a vet that we loved as much as our previous vet. Then we found Veterinary Healthcare Associates and felt right at home. Our German Shepherd mix puppy, Kane, absolutely LOVES all of the techs and doctors here, and so do we! We took our new puppy to VHA for a puppy wellness check up during this whole COVID situation. Everything is done from the vehicle right now and went so smoothly! They were all so helpful and very informative. They called after every appointment to make sure the pup was setting in nice at home! We absolutely love VHA!! 👍🏼
I recommend them for emergency surgeries.
It has been 2 weeks since I had to put my sweet, 17 year old Chihuahua to sleep. The staff there were kind and considerate, even while in the middle of Covid-19 distancing. Dr. Martinez was so kind and forthright. He gave me options, but when I asked him if it was time for me to let her go, he said yes. It was so hard but the compassion and support he, and the staff, showed me and my sister, made it a little more bearable. Very Professional, Knowledgeable, and Informative. Calculus is now pain free and up to his normal self as if nothing ever happened. Love these people as they have taken care of all of our 5 kids (long haired dachshunds) .
From my call, to arrival to leave our adored dog Skippy, follow up calls, pick up of our Skippy, to final close up call, every professional that we dealt with was amicable, attentive, thorough in their service. The DVM, Animal Techs, Administration staff were caring and prompt in the emergency due to poisoning. We are grateful for the due diligence and care to our dog. I recommend them 200 out of 100. Excellent!!
