RecommendedOur 6 yr old German Shepard had a GDV - his stomach flipped. We rushed him to Veterinary Health Care Associates at 1 AM Sunday morning. They quickly got him in and diagnosed. Prompt, kind and will answer any question you have. Dr. Richard D’Amico, DMV was his vet and was wonderful! Thank you for taking care of our baby. This was life or death and you saved his life. Thank you so much.
Would absolutely NOT recommend ANY pet owner take their beloved animal to this hospital. I rescued a kitten about a week ago, noticed he didn't seem to be moving a lot and was in a lot of pain, and couldn't find any appointments for him until Friday of that week, so we took him to the emergency vet here at Veterinary Healthcare Associates. they helped me out when i had no money..when i thought i was gonna lose my best friend my dog rocko..they gave me the meds for free when i couldnt pay for them thank u guys so much
I appreciate that they could see my cat that was very ill when no one else could at that time. They did a good job of checking people in and out during this COVID time. I had an appointment with his regular vet today, but they did not receive faxed copies of the vet records from VHA like I requested. I would just suggest that they don’t forget to do that. Otherwise, a good experience.
Our pup does not pick the most convenient times to become ill (we know it’s not his fault) but in the late nights we have had to take him to VHA, they have come through for us. They are very caring.
