The staff is really nice and supported. I went there to get help for my dog but had to put him down on count of cancer. I still have a hard time dealing with him gone to heaven to be with his family n friends. . They are good people.

I have taken my boxer here at least 3 times... always very polite and very concerned for all animals. I havent had to wait a long time yet and very thorough. When my boy was very sick and had to stay a few nights they kept me updated every few hours! Love them!

I ended up here last night with my senior dog and had to make a very difficult decision and they were so caring and compassionate, giving me a jar of peanut butter and a handful of treats and letting me have as much time as I needed before and after and graciously made several paw prints for different family members.... I hate having to give 5 stars because of the situation, but having never had to put a pet down before but the end of life care they gave Max and the advice they gave me and the compassion they showed, I can't... read more

the only good experience there was the lady at the front desk she was so awesome my dog was bleeding and in pain was left in a room for about 40 mins until they come up with how much it was gonna cost instead of worrying about my dog a little more compassion for the animals and their owners should be more concern most people are gonna do what they have to do to save their pet regardless the cost
