Brought my cat here on Friday. Was over the phone that they could work out a payment plan for my cats care. When I arrived I was told there's no payment plan available, oh and by the way it's $80 just to look at your cat. Went to another vet and was able to work out a financing option for less than half what VETSS wanted for the exact same treatment. I know they have to make money, but I don't appreciate being lied to in order to get me in the door.
The staff was very amazing and consoling. The techs were as helpful as they could possibly be and did everything the could to help my pitbull feel comfortable due to his fear of the vet. They were very clear and helpful on all the options I had and what I was facing. Thanks to VETSS my husband and I still have our pitbull and they saved his life. They are excellent at what they do. They take the time to understand your concerns and treat your Furkids like their own.
Great staff, they kept me informed every step of the way on both what was going on and the financial cost. From the phone call at 11am to the time I checked out they were there for any questions that I had.
We were so thankful that you were available to help us and our 14-year old Maine Coon mix who had had 3 seizures. You were kind, compassionate, respectful and humane. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts. The work you do is amazingly hard and beautiful. Much gratitude!
