VETSS is not only a great emergency vet clinic, but a fantastic routine clinic as well. I work odd hours and if I come at midnight to find my dog has gotten into some trouble, I love that I can call them and ask if I need to bring him in or just wait and see. They have helped us through a lot of bad times and a lot of "no need to worry" times. There's not a single vet here that I don't like and respect. We took our new puppy to VETSS we had rescued her from very poor conditions, they took her back as soon as we got there, made her comfortable and did the exam. Unfortunately as quickly as we got her we had to let her go😥 she was to sick due to the neglect. They were so compassionate and comforted me and my son knowing we had to let our new addition go sleep. I would highly recommend them! Thank you VETSS
We took our Chihuahua in for vomiting, coughing and choking. They took him right away then came back with a list of things they did. We paid and left. Later our dog got worse. Much worse. We called back and they said we would have to pay another office visit fee instead of it being a follow up. We went there because of the great reviews. We drove an hour to get there. These people are absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond and are truly caring. Our situation didn't end well but they showed us so much compassion and we left feeling sad but at peace.
