It's the weekend and Tigger the cat obviously not feeling well so off to the clinic we go. Staff and Dr. Mc Shaffry were amazing. Better, more focused attention than we've received at our normal vet. Detailed discussion on the findings and excellent follow-up. Well done. Tig is on the mend.
It's been a scary weekend. Our pug Brady was bit by a rattlesnake on Friday and spent the weekend at the emergency vet. A big thank you to the doctors and staff at the Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Port Charlotte for saving his life. We were so lucky to find this wonderful clinic.
The worse trip to vet that ever had took our dog there they said thought it was a toxin they kept him over night and because I dudnt have another 94 dollars they would not do the blood screen told then that they could have my card number and run ur Friday just one DAY they would not do it went to pick him up after overnight stay they then said they thought it was a blockage he died an hour and a half later he was just 11 months old prue breed AKC SHIH TZU
The people here are amazing! They are kind, understanding and gentle. They explained my dog's condition thoroughly and gave me options on how to proceed. Although my dog is in her last days, they made it so she is not in as much pain and can somewhat enjoy her time left. Highly recommend.
Above and beyond!!!! They were amazing with my Willie and the nicest staff I've ever encountered. Dr. Rivers is such a great, kind and caring doctor. Kept me informed the whole time, calling me with updates. Thank you so much for saving his life.
