Unprofessional and quite disorganized staff. Dr. Ruben never returned to the room to speak to us about the results of the tests, but rather sent a tech on her 1st night in. The tech was the only one that was kind enough to help or try her best to do her job. Even then, the tech was not given the whole story about all of the tests/ xrays. Emergency visit with my feral feline and the service and care was fantastic!
My 7 month old puppy Simba ate a toy. I called and to my relief they were able to help not only with over the phone advice but with payment options as well. I ended up bringing Simba in and the helped him right away. They were very pleasant and helpful and the entire staff fell in love with him. Thank you guys soo much!!
We've taken our Golden Retriever puppy twice now to the emergency vet. The first time she ate half a Swiffer duster and the vet took care of it within a matter of minutes. They also noticed that she may have had a blood disease that a lot of Golden retrievers have and made our primary vet aware of it. The second time she had an allergic reaction to some type of bug bite. Again, they handled it quickly and brought peace of mind.
Cannot say enough about everyone we dealt with here. They treated our dog Leo with comfort and care - he was at ease with them. They were so wonderful to all of us <3
