Thank you to the whole staff! Everyone was very knowledable, caring and sensitive. I can't imagine having to deal with such hard and sad situations. If you have a sick pet I would highly recommend this clinic. They have huge hearts and that is the extra needed at times like these.

Very kind, compassionate, and quick service. My cat Snowflake could not open her eye. Dr Rivers used a stain and prescribed antibiotic lotion and pain meds. Day 3, and Snow is almost back to normal. We are lucky to hVe the wonderful people helping our pets.
We just cannot thank Dr Rivers and the staff enough at The Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Pt. Charlotte. During a difficult and highly emotional situation an immediate diagnosis was made and all avenues were clearly presented. We may not always like what we hear, but when it's delivered in an earnest manner with kindness and patience for us it somehow buffered the pain. Horrible place. Had a serious emergency and paid 85 for them to look at him and they didn't even say what was wrong and ik for a fact they didnt even examine him because they called him a she they were too scared to get too close to him because he was so swollen and bleeding from the snake bite and my other dog was getting a weird vibe off him from the snake bite in the swelling and he ended up biting the dog so he was bleeding from his mouth so they were just too scared to get too close.
