They helped save my cat from a urinary blockage, the price is high, but it’s an emergency vet, so I felt the attention to myself and my animal was worth it. They weren’t rude or snippy and brought me multiple quotes and did not give me grief about my budget constraints. They followed up in the morning with my regular vet and were very knowledgeable and willing to give me all sorts of information, even teaching me how to feel my cats bladder and administer medicines correctly... RecommendedEvery time I have needed emergency care for one on furkids I have always received the help they need. Always compassionate caring professionals. Dr Schell and Dr Ramsdell Shelly Debbie Tomis Brandie and Heidi to name a few. Recently had my Sweet April there and she received the best of care. My toys puddle has stomach problem and the doctor did very good job thanks to take care my babies
They took such good care of my pup who decided to shred a rug this afternoon. They made sure she didn't ingest any of the small pieces of fiber (no need to go into details...). I always hope we won't need to visit an ER, but I am glad they are close by. The knowledgeable and compassionate team are terrific. Thank You!
Excellent service ! Super clean clinic .. very caring and compassionate staff here . I’d recommend this vet clinic any day !! Dr. Craig was very thorough Evaluating n looking over our dog n planning emergency treatment . The rest of the staff is above n beyond caring n that put us at ease n made the stay easier n safe for our dog .
Incredibly thoughtful staff... we didn’t want our dog, Hendrix, to be scared in his final moments (he was never a fan of vet offices). So, in the middle of the night the doctor and nurses came outside, in the grass and ... well... you know the rest. We brought his ashes home four days later in a lovely box with an engraved plaque and paw print... then received an extremely thoughtful card from the doctor. They went out of their way to make Hendrix comfortable and to help us through our grief.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They took excellent care of our dog after he was bitten (badly) by another dog.
Well all I can say Thank for saving my sons cat.. staff was personal and took the time to talk to both of us and help us to work toward a permanent solution to the cat medical issues.
