Lois and Brittany were an absolute pleasure to be able to work with and very understanding of my job requirements in the fact that I could not answer my phone most of the time and they wold send me an email and text with the information that I needed and stuff that needed to be done. If I had questions they were able to reply in a timely manner and answer everything to the best of their knowledge.
Brittany and Lois were a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, refinancing our home only took us about 30 days, even amid the coronavirus. Lois was very prompt with her replies and even after closing, she contacted us to ensure we were satisfied. Majority communication was done via email, which was very helpful, and the notary even came to our home to complete all documents. Easy peasy. I definitely recommend.
