I have to say as a first time home buyer, and not really knowing the process, ***** and *** went above and beyond helping us! This company is the most misleading lender we have ever dealt with. We were pre approved, then conditional approved and finally was told we were approved. Then right before closing the whole thing went to **** and beyond!!!! Never use this company!!!!!!!!! All of this information can be proven, thanks to our realtor. If I could give them a BIG FAT 0 I WOULD !!!!!

Hands down the worst lender who advertises commitment to service members. Negotiated and locked in interest rates with a known close date. Interest rates started to increase and the lender let the rates expire before the unchanged scheduled close date. They would not extend or honor their initial commitment. Took total advantage of increased rates and a Soldier took a huge loss in ******* dollars towards a purchase of a home. Will NEVER recommend and will advise all service members to steer clear.

Today around noon, I called FHA a number I obtained online from a ****** search.
