Veterans united has called me 9 times in less than 8 hours in response to an online inquiry I filled out regarding interest rates and fees for VA loans through their company. I didn't even complete the form or finalize it with a credit check - I closed the browser before submitting. I understand I requested information and showed interest in their company but this level of persisant calling by numerous employees is harassing. I am a REALTOR and have had a terrible experience with a Veterans United lender. I am selling a home and our buyer has a VA loan thru Veterans United. The lender, ***********************, has been unresponsive, unprofessional, and disrespectful to his client, the buyer, and also to his buyer's agent, who is my co-op agent. Veterans united preapproved me for ******. Ok my credit score was almost 700 and they said they require 620. Then they turn around and deny me Pre-approval because they said my credit score does not meet requirements!! So how do I have well over a 620 but my score does not meet requirements? I will never use this lender they are scamming Veterans and using VA Lender name to scam Veterans!
Overall, the experience with Veterans United was a great experience. My family and I were under a time crunch to be out of our rental within a six-month timeframe.
