Veterans United is great to work with. We had no problems, sans a couple of hiccups that had nothing to do with our loan. The MyVu site made it really easy to upload all documents requested. Our loan specialist, Sydney, was fabulous and responded to all of our calls/emails/inquries almost immediately. The loan processer, Derek Harmon, was extremely professional and attentive with timely communication at every step in the process. He made it seamless and painless.
