Read the fine print. There has been a lack of sufficient communication in the process, the company had my credit on file but still asked me to run my credit report (via online portal), which resulted in a hard inquiry, and the selling of my information. Also, seems that the fees are higher than others which is a shame since they pride themselves as being better for Veterans.

Easy process can be a bit tedious with paperwork but worth it in the end. Would recommend very good people that care about veterans. Glad I crossed paths with them especially Nick my loan officer great guy.
