Veterans United really showed their true colors today. They really let me down after penalizing me for insufficient funds through no fault of my own. I sent in the mortgage payment early, ONLY because my automatic payment was not charged on the day it usually has been, so I thought I would be charged a late fee. Turns out that I was charged TWICE for the month of August, which is no problem.
